              东风贝洱热系统有限公司，最早是成立于1969年4月的二汽红卫5760厂。38年来，公司从无到有、从小到大、从单一的水箱产品，到现在全系列热系统产品，公司的发展历史，浓缩了中国汽车工业的发展进程。  
              为了顺应全球化竞争的潮流，2004年6月10日，东风汽车有限公司与德国贝洱有限公司投资组建了东风贝洱热系统有限公司，共同致力于汽车发动机冷却系统、空调系统、模块和零部件等热系统产品的研究、开发、制造和销售，通过吸收国内外先进技术，采用科学的管理方法，提高产品质量，发展新产品，开拓新市场，并在质量、价格等方面具有国际市场的竞争力。合资公司注册资金1.39亿元，双方各拥有50%股权。现任董事长欧阳洁先生，总经理韩力先生。

              Dongfeng  Behr  Thermal  Systems  Co.，  Ltd.  (hereinafter  referred  to  as  "DBTS")，  a  company  specializing  in  automobile  thermal  systems  products，  with  the  solid  backing  of  more  than  100  years  of  technical  knowhow  from  BEHR  GMBH  &  CO.，  KG  is  now  ready  to  be  the  forerunner  in  the  Chinese  automobile  industry.  
              
              DBTS  has  its  beginning  as  Hongwei  Plant  5760  in  Hubei，  Shiyan  in  Apr.1969.  For  the  past  38  years，  it  has  developed  from  a  humble  copper  radiator  production  plant  to  a  leading  joint-venture  in  automotive  thermal  system  management.  The  development  of  the  company  marks  the  essence  of  the  development  of  Chinese  automobile  industry.  
              
              As  part  of  their  global  strategy，  Dongfeng  Motor  Co.，Ltd.  and  BEHR  GMBH  &  CO.，  KG  jointly  invested  and  set  up  Dongfeng  Behr  Thermal  Systems  Co.，Ltd.  on  Jun.10th  2004，to  engage  in  the  research，  development，  manufacture  and  sales  of  automobile  thermal  systems  products  including  Engine  Cooling  Systems，  Heating  Ventilation  and  Air-Con  (HVAC)  systems，  Cooling  Modules，  parts  and  components.  DBTS  introduced  advanced  technology，  both  through  technology  transfer  from  abroad  and  its  own  local  development  and  its  ceaseless  improvement  in  product  quality  giving  its  customers  the  best  value  for  money  in  products  and  services.  The  joint  venture  has  a  50-50  shareholding  structure  with  registered  capital  of  139MRMB.  The  present  Chairman  of  the  board  is  Mr.  Ouyang  Jie  and  acting  as  General  Manager  is  HanLi.
