威伯科汽车控制系统（中国）有限公司是由威伯科集团于2004年8月在中国青岛注册并投资1600万美元成立的亚太区独资的制造基地，位于青岛经济技术开发区渭河路917号，其占地面积88亩，建筑面积18000平方米。威伯科汽车控制系统（中国）有限公司生产和销售所有威伯科汽车控制系统的所需产品，主要包括空气处理系统、卡车和客车的制动系统、传动控制系统、电子控制系统、制动器和制动室、挂车控制系统、商用车空气悬挂和轿车系统。

威伯科汽车控制系统（中国）有限公司济南分公司是威伯科在济南的独资制造基地，位于济南高新区重汽工业园，占地面积44694  平方米，工厂房屋建筑面积11970.4m2，2010年1月正式投产。主要产品有单缸空压机、双缸空压机、离合器助力缸、自动机械式变速箱等。

山东威明汽车产品有限公司
山东威明汽车产品有限公司是一家合资企业，于1996年3月成立于山东济南，其中威伯科集团占70%的股份。公司的业务主要为常规制动产品的生产，包括空气干燥器、调压阀、脚制动阀、手制动阀、四回路保护阀，挂车控制阀及气室。

广东威伯科富华汽车制动系统有限公司
广东威伯科富华汽车制动系统有限公司于2009年3月成立于广东省江门市，公司的总投资额为1250万美元，主要业务为生产经营盘式制动器总成及相关零部件并提供相关服务。
