SAIC  Fiat  Powertrain  HongYan  Co.  Ltd.  is  a  joint  venture  enterprise  established  by  three  parties  of  SAIC-IVECO  Commercial  Vehicle  Investment  Co.  Ltd.  ，  Fiat  Powertrain  Technologies  and  Chongqing  Heavy  Vehicle  (Group)  Co.，  Ltd.  The  company  was  established  in  June  2007  and  locates  in  CETZ，  Chongqing  .
