主要工作职责/Main    Responsibility：  
            Transfer,    implement    and    realize    the    quality    requirements    and    standards    in    accordance    to    the    MBC    guidelines    for    part    by    part    operation    with    increased    localization    rate    for    the    part    of    Powetrain    (Engine,    Axle    and    Dress    Up    Line).  
            -    Support    in    creation    and    follow    up    the    project    input    factors    such    as    organization    needs,    budget,    staff    qualification    and    launch    support,  
            -    Create    regular    project    reviews/    status    reports    and    control    the    master    time    schedule    in    terms    of    milestones    achievements/    required    escalations,  
            -    Implementation    and    realization    of    MBC    Quality    Concept    for    the    part    of    powertrain,  
            -    Layout,    equipment-    and    inspection    planning    for    powertrain    quality    areas,  
            -    Establish    and    regular    update    of    control    plan    with    supported    documents    during    production    test    and    ramp    phase    .  
            -    Support    in    planning    and    conducting    the    internal    QM-Releases    (Product-    and    Process)    as    prerequisite    for    the    overall    Q-Release.  
              
            任职条件/Requirement：  
            -    University    Degree    in    automotive    field    or    in    mechanical/    industrial    engineering,.  
            -    At    least    3    years    work    experience    in    vehicle/    powetrain    industry    preferred    in    quality.-    or    production    planning    department,  
            -    Quality    management    and    process    oriented    knowledge    are    expected  
            -    Experienced    in    project    management    and    coordination.  
            -    Strong    analytical    and    problem    solving    skills    with    a    willingness    to    work    in    a    team    environment.  
            -    Very    good    command    of    English    (spoken    and    written),  
            -    Very    good    computer    skills    in    MS    office    (PPT,    Excel,    MS-    Projectt,    Access)
