售后区域管理District After Sales Management
职位描述
主要工作职责/Main Responsibility 1、与各个经销商就区域售后服务目标的内容和数量进行协商和确定,以提高经销商的业务操作水平。Define and agree with each dealer within the region qualitative and quantitative After sales targets in order to improve the business operations of the dealership
2、经常拜访经销商去检查经销商表现,经销商标准的执行情况,经销商协议的执行情况。
Visit dealers regularly to discuss and check the performance, dealer standards, achievement of targets, etc
3、通过车间分析检查经销商的表现,在需要时给以解决方案。
Analyze the workshop performance of dealers via workshop analysis, provide countermeasures if required
4、在经销商处协助进行索赔处理。
Conduct warranty audits at dealership (warranty processing only).
5、协助经销商进行产品责任的问题。
Assist dealers in handling Product Liability cases
6、在需要时,协助经销商进行客户投诉处理。
Assist dealers in handling Customer Complaints where necessary.
7、就管理问题,车间组织,人员发展,培训,车间工具,IT系统,售后市场,技术及备件相关问题。Support dealers in managerial issues, workshop organization, staff development, training, workshop equipment, IT Systems, After sales Marketing Technical issues and parts related issues
8、其他领导布置的工作。

任职条件/Requirement
(上海本地人优先考虑)
1.Education: 大学本科以上学历bachelor degree and above
2.Major: 市场营销,汽车技术,工商管理专业Major in marketing, auto technique, business management preferred
3.Experience: 有5年以上在国际汽车企业集团工作经验,有中层管理经验。years or above experience in international auto enterprise group, management experience on middle position
4.Know how: 熟悉市场营销,客户行为管理的相应知识,熟悉守候服务操作流程,了解汽车工业发展趋势,有基础的财务及人力资源管理知识。Master knowledge of marketing, customer behavior, master knowledge of After Sales operational process, understanding of auto industry developing trend, understanding of fundamental finance and HR
5.Skill and technical title: 良好的电脑操作能力,能熟练使用Office办公软件,英语流利,有良好的市场拓展能力,判断能力;独立的执行能力及表达能力。 Good computer skill and familiar with office software, fluent in English, strong marketing development abilities, judging skills, independent execution ability and expressing skills.
6.Training: 有财务/人力资源/销售/市场等专业培训经历。 Have professional training experience in sales, marketing, also in finance and HR
7.Competence: 具有领导力,决策,计划,沟通,组织能力。Strong leadership, strategy, planning, communication
