职位描述:

SCOPE  AND  IMPACT  OF  POSITION  ON  THE  ORGANIZATION:

·Standardize  machining  expertise  for  the  implementation  with  appropriate  equipment,  machines,  tooling,  fixtures,  jigs,  and  quality  equipment.

·Provide  technology  expertise  to  VS,  project  launch  to  support  improvement  activities  and  new  process  development;

·Ensure  the  process  is  fully  aligned  with  Lean  methodology;  

·Machining  Process  engineer  team  competencies  training  and  development;

MAIN  RESPONSIBILITIES:

·  Set  standard  of  production  equipment

·  Relationship  maintain  with  equipment  vendors

·  Provide  expertise  proposal  for  all  lines  including  existing  lines  and  new  launched  lines

·  Drive  new  generation  process  innovation

·  Engineer  training  /  mentoring  and  development

·  Work  closely  with  PD  to  help  DFM  (Design  for  Manufacturing)

·  Leverage  knowledge  from  ISC  Group  Manufacturing  Technology  (GMT)  team  and  site  LPO.

EXPERIENCE:

·  5+  Yrs  process/  manufacturing  technology  experience

·  Process  design  in  CNC  machine  tool  environment  with  Lean  methodology

PROFILE:

Mandatory

·  Engineering  Graduate  (ME,EE)

·  University  Graduated

·  Good  English

·  Familiar  with  TS  quality  tools,  e.g.  FMEA

·  Familiar  with  CNC  programming  

Preferable

·  Six  Sigma  Lean  exposure
