职位描述:

SCOPE  AND  IMPACT  OF  POSITION  ON  THE  ORGANIZATION:  
Provide  machining  expertise  for  the  team  to  ensure  that  the  EVS  establishes  a  lean  benchmark.  

MAIN  RESPONSIBILITIES:  

ELIMINATE  WASTE  IN  THE  EVS  VALUE  STREAM  
Advise  in  the  development  and  sourcing  of  right-sized  and  right-tech  equipment  
Lead  the  process  layout  planning  
Lead  the  development  of  standard  work  and  standard  work  combinations  
Pull  system  through  to  assembly;  pull  system  from  raw  casting  suppliers  and  implement  the  process  systems  in  operation  
Facilitate  KAIZEN  events  
Continuous  process  improvement  activities  
Responsible  for  production  output  
Provide  LEAN  
process  techniques  and  training  to  EVS  members;  
Process  and  fixtures  design;  

Requirements:  

Minimum  5  yrs  experience  in  manufacturing  environment  
3  years  of  operational  experience  in  CNC  machine  tool  environment  
Hands-on  working  experience  of  project  planning  and  installation  
Experience  in  related  manufacturing  or  assembly  processes;  
Familiar  with  PPAP;  
3+  Yrs  process/manufacturing  technology  experience  
Fluent  in  English  (verbal  and  written)  
Min  Bachelor  or  higher  in  ME/Mfg  Eng  
Project  mgmt  experience  
Exposure  to  lean  concepts  
Extensive  experience  in  a  lean  machining  environment  is  preferred  
Experience  in  establishing  a  chaku-chaku  machining  line  is  preferred
