MAIN
RESPONSIBILITIES:






?  Ensure  Commodity  Strategy
implementation




?  Deployment  and  implementation  of  the
Supplier  Quality  Manual




?  Drive  sustainable  Q  performance
improvement  for  zero  defects  at  assigned  suppliers




?  Perform  Supplier  Capability  Assessment
Audit  at  assigned  suppliers




?  Ensure  on  time  execution  of  CQP  at
assigned  suppliers




?  Lead  all  necessary  tasks  of  the
Component  Quality  Planning  including  PPAP  approval




?  Lead  the  resolution  of  repetitive  or
customer  claims  with  root  cause  analysis  at  suppliers




?  Validates  corrective  actions  at
supplier's  location  in  claims  handling  process




?  Set  the  level  of  supplier  escalation
(NBOH  procedure)




?  Responsible  in  AOP  process  for  Quality
targets  by  supplier




?  Ensure  continuous  improvement  process  (CIP)  at
assigned  suppliers  to  increase  supplier's  capability  and  productivity




?  Ensure  closing  QAA  for  all  assigned
suppliers  in  cooperation  with  Commodity  Buyers




?  Comply  with  WABCO  and  Sourcing  &
Purchasing  rules  and  policies



?  Improve  processes  in  collaboration  with  S&P
Business  Improvement  Team




EDUCATION
AND  EXPERIENCE:








?  Degree  in  Engineering




?  Fluent  in  English  and  Mandarin  is  an  asset




?  Minimum  3  years  of  experience  in
Quality




?  Minimum  2  years  shop  floor  experience
in  a  manufacturing  environment




?  Automotive  experience  in  matrix
environment  is  an  asset



?  Six  Sigma  certification  is  an  asset
