职位描述:




MAIN  RESPONSIBILITIES:








·
Clarification  of
upcoming  field  claims  in  front  of  the  customer  and  /  or  transfer  identified
quality  issue  immediately  to  the  responsible  WABCO  quality  organization




·
Visit  customer  service
station  within  assigned  area  and  follow  up  with  process  improvement  action  plan
on  regular  basis  and  improve  quality  service  to  customers




·
Reduce  claims  cost  by
giving  training  to  avoid  wrong  diagnosing  and  no  defect  claims  




·
Respond  to  customer
field  complaints  within  24  hours  




·
Analyze  the  new  field
complaints  and  give  timely  feedback  report  to  customers  




·
Monitor  the
effectiveness  of  the  corrective  action  taken  by  customers/WABCO  in  field




·
Feedback  on  new
products  field  performance  




·
Provide  training  for
customer  service  stations  and  projects  for  both  new  products  and  existing
products  




·
Tracking  of  field
claims  trend  












EXPERIENCE:








·
>  5  year  working
experience












PROFILE:








College  degree  in  automotive  engineering  or
engineering-related  major
Familiar  with  customer  service  process  and
customer  satisfaction
Good  hands-on  in  handling  service  station
request  or  end  user  claim.  
Professional  appearance  and  personality  to
deal  directly  with  customer  service  stations
Effective  troubleshooting  capability
Willingness  to  travel  and/or  to  relocate  close
to  customers'  plants,  high  flexibility
Good  communication  skills


Good  at  computer  skill,  i.e:  Microsoft  Office
&  other  common  computer  applications
