职位描述:

SCOPE  AND  IMPACT  OF  POSITION  ON  THE  ORGANIZATION:

?  Provide  manufacturing  process  design  leadership  for  VSM;
?  Provide  technology  expertise  to  VSM  and  suppliers  to  support  improvement  activities
?  Drive  rate  based  planning  system  for  VSM  products  so  as  to  support  lean  enterprise;


MAIN  RESPONSIBILITIES:

?  Lead  mfg  process  design  and  production  line  design  for  new  products  into  the  VS;
?  Provide  manufacturing  technology  expertise  in  key  processes  -  both  in-house  and  supplier  related  and  help  cost,  quality  and  delivery  improvement  efforts  as  requirements.
?  Assist  VA/VE  improvements  with  suppliers  and  kaizen  improvements  in  operations  and  at  suppliers.
?  Support  product  transitions  and  site  technology  and  assets  leader  in  equipment  maintenance  &  modification  as  needed.  Leverage  knowledge  from  ISC  Group  Manufacturing  Technology  (GMT)  team.
?  Specify  machine  requirements  and  select
?  Maintain  Rate  Routings  in  SAP
?  Design  fixtures  and  tools
?  Maintain  the  effectiveness  of  all  equipment
?  Continuous  process  improvement  activities
?  Provide  product  and  process  related  training  to  VS  members
?  Promote  safety  awareness  within  the  VS
?  Maintain  5S  standards  within  VS
?  Support  equipment  maintenance  on  site;
?  Solve  the  production  problems  related;

EXPERIENCE:

?  3+  Yrs  process/manufacturing  technology  experience

PROFILE:
Mandatory
?  Engineering  Graduate  (ME,EE)
?  University  Graduated
?  Good  English
?  Familiar  with  TS  quality  tools,  e.g.  FMEA
Preferable
?  Machining,  Casting,  Welding,  Surface  treatment,  Molding,  Stamping,  Testing
?  Lean  exposure

METRICS:

?  Launch  of  new  products  vs.  target
?  VA/VE  productivity  goals
?  Mfg  cycle  time  improvement
?  Mfg  PPM  reduction
