职位描述:

MAIN  RESPONSIBILITIES:

Check  the  account  and  cost  center  in  PO  when  record  invoice  in  SAP
Input  and  reconcile  AP,  including  AP  and  other  AP,  and  down  payment
Take  some  action  for  long  term  GRIR,  analysis  and  maintain  GRIR
Work  with  related  function  department  to  improve  AP  process
AP  and  down  payment  clear
Make  and  check  expense  accrue
AP  payment  application  sheet  check  and  prepare
Expense  accrue
Purchase  price  checking
Account  reconciliation

Detail  consciousness
Does  not  mind  handle  high  volume  repetitive  routine
Basic  MS  office  skills
SAP  knowledge  is  prefer
Can  work  in  flexible  time  with  the  allowance

PROFILE:

Bachelor's  degree  or  above  majoring  in  accounting  or  finance
CET-4  or  above
