职位描述:

MAIN  RESPONSIBILITIES:  

Responsible  to  coordinate  all  material  quality  issues  in  the  VSM
Drive  and  promote  supplier  quality  excellence  for  VSM  products  as  to  meet  quality  objectives
Provide  support  on  supplier  audit  and  development  activities  to  global  sourcing  organization  
Conduct  supplier  assessment,  evaluation  and  track  supplier  performance  for  monitoring  and  continual  improvement  
Ensure  supplier  claim  handling  process  is  implemented  effectively
Responsible  for  releasing  components  for  serial  deliveries  according  to  PPAP  procedure
Promote  supplier  Six  Sigma  and  Lean  enterprise  awareness  and  concepts  as  to  improve  supplier  performance
Support  ISO/TS  internal/external  audits  and  customer  related  audits

EXPERIENCE:  

Minimum  3  years  of  quality  management  experience  
Hands-on  working  experience  with  ISO/TS  core  tools  such  as  SPC,  FMEA,  APQP,  PPAP,  MSA,  etc.  
Be  familiar  with  the  request  of  PPAP,  MSA,  CPK  and  able  to  identify  the  related  special  characteristics.  

PROFILE:  

Minimum  College  Graduate  in  Engineering  related  discipline
Effective  communication  skills  and  executive  presence  with  bilingual  language  (Chinese  and  English)
Good  computer  skills,  especially  in  Microsoft  Office  
Be  familiar  with  supplier  audit,  development  and  management  process
Experience  in  SAP  or  other  ERP  systems  is  a  plus
ISO  certified  auditor
Certified  Quality  Engineer,  preferable  
Certified  Six  Sigma  Belt,  preferable
Lean  enterprise  skills,  preferable
