职位描述：Job  Description  
              
            制定零部件成本目标，跟踪并分析成本状态，以支持项目财务报告并控制成本。Set  up  part  by  part  cost  target，  track  and  analyze  cost  to  support  program  financial  report  preparation  and  control  cost.  
              
              
              
            主要职责/Main  responsibilities:  
              
              
            根据公司内部业务利润要求和外部的竞争环境，协调并组织零部件财务目标，  与其他车型进行横向比较，确保该目标的弹性和可行性，以产生最大效率。  
            Coordinate  and  lead  the  setting  up  of  part  by  part  target  in  accordance  with  the  Company  internal  business  requirement  and  external  competitiveness.Benchmark  and  drive  for  efficiencies  across  vehicle  lines  and  make  the  target  achievable  yet  stretched.  
              
              
            跟踪和分析整车早期的成本状态。制定，维护选点状态的跟踪报告并向高层汇报选点状态的发展情况，推动和加快选点决定的工作进程。  
            Keep  track  and  analyze  vehicle  early  sourcing  status.  Develop，  maintain，  and  report  sourcing  
            status  to  senior  management  and  facilitate  decision  making  process.  
              
              
              
            通过参与项目变更控制会议，支持项目模块小组的工作，分析和跟踪由于变更对财务产生的影响，并向高层汇报。  
            Support  Program  Module  Team  by  participating  change  control  meetings，  keeping  track  of  
            financial  impact  on  changes，  and  providing  report  to  senor  management  
              
              
              
            通过探讨与业务相关的其他事项，支持项目财务工作的顺利开展，如研究转让价格，  关联交易及其他变动成本的估计等。  
            Conduct  other  business  related  studies  to  support  program  financial  viability，  such  as  transfer  
            price，  related  party  transactions，  other  variable  cost  estimate，  etc.  
              
              
              
            控制、汇总、汇报工程费用和其实际运用。  
            Control，  consolidate，  and  report  engineering  cost  and  performance.  
              
              
              
            根据要求准备各种财务分析报告。  
            Develop  different  types  of  Financial  analysis  upon  request.  
              
              
              
            任职条件/  Qualification:  
              
              
              
            本科及以上学历，  至少3年的模具工程师工作经验  
            Bachelor‘s  degree  or  above.  At  least  3  years  experience  as  die  engineer.  
              
              
              
            有志于在财务分析方面发展。  
            Interested  in  Finance  Analysis  work.  
              
              
              
            英语听说读写能力优秀（通过大学英语四级）。  
            Excellent  at  listening，  speaking  and  written  capability  in  English（pass  CET-4）  
              
              
              
            熟练使用计算机系统，如Excel，Word，和电子邮件系统。  
            Proficient  in  computing  operating，  especially  in  Excel，  Word，  and  E-mail  system.  
              
              
              
            良好的沟通能力。  
            Good  command  of  communication.  
              
              
            语言要求：  英语  熟练
