3.Take  responsibilities  for  order  of  prototypes  or  samples  to  be  localized  by  the  supplier  who  has  been  proposed  by  you  and  evaluated  qualified  by  the  functional  persons  including  Supply  Manager,  Engineering  and  QA.  Prepare  action  plan  and  follow  up  action
在有关职能人员包括采购经理、工程部工程师、质保部质量人员评估你所推荐的供应商并认为其符合要求以后，负责样件的订购、样件计划的制订、进程的跟踪，样件得到工程和质量部的订可
4.Contract  negotiation  and  concluding  with  suppliers  to  make  sure  accomplishment  of  cost  saving  target
和合格供应商进行商务合同谈判,签订商务合同及订单,保证采购成本目标的完成
5.Pay  attention  to  Supplier's  performance  and  improvement.  Responsible  for  Supplier  management  and  maintenance  strategic  relation  with  suppliers
关注供应商绩效及改善。管理供应商、维护和供应商的战略关系
6.Support  on  new  project  bidding
对新项目进行投标支持
7.Finishing  the  other  work  required  by  leader
完成领导要求的其它工作

任职要求Qualifications:
1.Bachelor  degree  majored  in  electrical  or  business.
电气或贸易专业学士学位
2.Above  three  years  of  experience  of  relevant  manufacturing  enterprises  or  relevant  purchasing
有3年以上相关制造业工作经验或相关采购经验
3.Familiar  with  magnetic,  high  voltage  products,  fan,  pump,  weldment,  casting,  etc  is  preferred.  Having  knowledge  of  ISO9001:2000  quality  management  system  or  experience  in  supplier  quality  management  is  preferred.
熟悉磁性元件、高压产品，焊接件，铸件等产品者优先。熟悉ISO9001：2000质量管理体系的要求或有有供应商质量管理经验者优先
4.Good  English  communication  skill(  written  and  oral)
良好的英语口语及读写能力
5.Ntegrity,  high  sense  of  responsibility  and  team  work  and  good  ability  of  organization,  communication  and  coordination.  Ability  to  work  under  pressure.  Able  to  work  under  pressure.
