岗位职责:
1. Monthly  materila  Cost  tracking  -  and  reporting,  Analyzing  cost  variances  month  over  month
材料成本变化追踪并报告，并提供成本差异与趋势的管理分析报告；
2. Material  Cost  Planning  and  transparency  by  product
各车型材料成本计划与相关的成本分析；
3. Provide  Model-Year/Mopf  and  running  change  cost  analyze  and  calculation  to  support  management  decision  and  provide  information  for  material  cost  planning  in  cooperation  with  other  departments  (R&D,  P&S,  Log,  ESO,  S&M)
对年度型/中期换型以及技术变更对成本成本影响进行计算与分析从而提供决策支持并且与其他部门（研发部、采购部、物流部、ESO以及销售部）合作进行相关成本的计划与预测；
4. Transfer  price  calculation
系列化销售转移定价管理（非整车业务）
5. Outsourcing  control，  MoB  evaluation  
自制与外包业务评估，确保外包业务符合公司经济利益，为管理层提供决策支持
6. aftersales  business  control
售后备件业务控制
7. operation  of  planning  and  reporting  system  to  finish  the  material  cost  planning  and  analysis
材料成本计划与分析IT系统的操作，以支持完成整体计划与分析



任职资格:
1. 正直诚实，协作，坦诚，积极并富建设性
Integrity,  cooperative,  open  mind,  active  and  constructive
2. 大学本科以上学历
Bachelor  degree  or  above
3. 财务与数据分析相关专业或汽车制造  /  工程，机械制造  /  工程，汽车采购工程相关专业
Financial  and  Data  Analysis  related  or  Auto  Manufacturing  /  Engineering,  Mechanical  Manufacturing  /  Engineering,  Auto  Purchase  Engineering  related
4. 2年以上跨国制造业公司成本控制或相关工作经历优先考虑
Extensive  (above  2  years)  cost  control  or  related  experience,  preferably  in  multinational  manufacturing  companies  
5. 英语流利，计算机操作熟练如SAP，Excel,  Word,  PPT
Fluent  in  English,  Software  i.e.  SAP,  Excel,  Word,  PowerPoint  
6. 分析性/结构化思维以及准确、高效的沟通能力
Analytical  /  structural  thinking  and  exact,  strong  communication  skill
