岗位职责:
1.装焊车间工艺方案制定，工艺平面布局规划。  Body  shop  Process  planning,  layout  planning
2.装焊工装夹具方案评审，图纸会签，组织验收及生产验证。Fixtures  plan  review,  drawing  sign  off,  equipment  buyoff  and  production  verification.
3.编制焊接工艺及相关文件，验证焊接工艺的正确性及合理性。Welding  process  planning  and  documentation,  process  accuracy  verification.  
4.系列化生产的技术支持及规划工作，协调并解决生产中发现的工艺及技术问题。Technical  support  and  plan  in  series  production,  coordinate  and  solves  process  and  technical  issues  discovered  in  pilot.
5.装焊项目在投产后的持续改进。Continuous  improvement  after  new  project  launched.
6. 新工艺、新技术的培训、应用及推广。Training,  implementation  and  expansion  of  new  process  and  new  technology.


任职资格:
1.  本科及以上学历，机械、焊接或相关专业。Bachelor  degree  or  above,  major  in  mechanics,  welding  or  subjects  related.  
2.  两年以上工作经验，有汽车焊接行业工作经验者优先考虑。Two  years  working  experience,  priority  goes  to  candidates  with  experience  in  automotive  welding.  
3.  熟练掌握office、AutoCAD等办公及制图软件。Proficiency  with  office  AutoCAD  software  and  drawing  related  software.
4.  熟练使用英语，具备一定的工作技能。Proficient  English  skills  and  required  working  skills
5.  良好的沟通能力及团队合作能力。Good  communication  capability  and  a  teamwork  builder.
