岗位职责:
主要工作职责/Main  Responsibility：
1.负责收集产品变更信息并做初步分析（主要分析产品变更对总装车间生产的影响）。
Coordinate  the  relevant  process  engineer,  equipment  engineer,  torque  engineer  and  special  tool  engineer  to  deep  dive  into  product  change.
2.负责将收集到的产品变更信息分发给相关工艺、设备、扭矩以及工装工程师并协调他们做深入分析。

3.负责产品变更总装板块的实施计划。
Create  implementation  timeline  of  product  change  in  terms  of  Assembly.
4.负责产品变更相关系统（CN、START、PER以及ACM等）的会签以及意见反馈。
Co-Sign  in  CM  related  system,  like  CN,  START,  PER  and  ACM  and  feedback.
5.负责协调产品变更在总装的执行并追踪。
Coordinate  the  implementation  of  product  change  in  Assembly  and  do  tracking.
6.负责变更信息以及执行情况的记录。
Document  the  product  change  information  and  the  status  of  implementation.
7.负责将收集到的产品变更信息正确地以及完整地传递给相关工人员并确保产品变更能按照计划正常实施。
Ensure  to  deliver  the  product  change  information  completely  and  correctly  to  relevant  people  and  to  implement  the  product  change  according  to  timeline.
8.负责产品变更流程的优化。
Optimize  the  procedure  and  process  regarding  CM.
9.及时完成领导交给的临时工作。
Finish  the  temporary  task  from  superiorr  on  time.


任职资格:
任职条件/Requirement：
1)汽车或机械工程相关专业学士或以上学位。
Bachelor's  degree  or  above  for  automotive,  machinery,  engineering,  or  other  related  majors
2)3－5  年整车厂总装规划的工作经验，具备产品变更管理以及项目管理经验者优先考虑。
3-5  years  of  experience  of  Assembly  Planning  in  automotive  manufacturing  industry.  Experience  of  Change  Management  and  project  management  is  preferred.  
3)汽车和机械专业知识  生产工艺及制造  项目管理经验  跨文化工作经验
Automotive  &  Mechanical  knowledge,  automotive  production  process,  project  management,  and  multicultural  environment  experience
4)熟练使用计算机和办公软件。具备良好的英语听说读写能力，同时掌握德语者优先考虑。
Good  Office  software  skills  and  good  English  speaking.  German  speaking  is  preferred.  
5)具有较强的计划组织能力，领导力和沟通合作协调能力
Organizational  capability,  leadership,  cooperation  and  communication  skills.
