岗位职责:
1、负责总装车间新车型内饰线工艺编制和工艺维护工作  In  charge  of  new  product  AS  Trim  process  planning  and  maintain.
2、负责总装车间内饰线的线边器具规划  In  charge  of  Trim  limo  &  racks  planning  
3、负责新产品在总装内饰线工艺问题的解决  Responsible  of  solving  Trim  new  product  issues
4、负责总装车间内饰线配餐车的设计及优化In  charge  of  Trim  lines  Shopping  cart  planning  and  improving  
5、支持总装车间内饰线公司内、外的质量审核  In  charge  of  intern  and  outside  quality  Audit  of  AS  Shop  Trim  Lines.
6、负责总装车间随车单的制作与维护  In  charge  of  creating  and  maintenance  Broadcast  sheet  
7、项目开展其他临时工作  Other  project  temporary  jobs.


任职资格:
1、大学本科以上（工科）学历,机械制造、车辆工程或机械电子工程专业优先Bachelor  （Engineering）or  above  degree.  Mechanical  engineering,  Automobile  engineering  or  Mechanical-electrical  engineering  major  is  preferred;
2、三年以上汽车主机厂总装工艺规划工作经验，有内饰工艺的工作经历者优At  least  3  years  working  experience  of  assembly  process  planning  in  Automobile  industry,  Trim  process  experience  is  preferred;
3、英语口语流利  Fluent  in  English;
4、熟悉汽车构造与汽车原理,热爱汽车制造工作  Be  familiar  with  the  automobile  structure  and  the  principle.  Have  strong  interest  in  automobile  manufacturing  industry;
5、有很强的责任心和良好的沟通能力  Have  a  strong  sense  of  responsibility  and  good  communication  skill;
6、富有团队精神，易于合作  Good  team  spirit,  easy  to  cooperate;
7、能熟练应用Office办公软件  Skilled  use  of  Office  software;
8、较强计划、解决问题、领导、管理和组织能力Strong  planning,  problem  solving,  leadership,  management  and  organization  skills.
