岗位职责:
1、实施电池复测及故障分析；
Carrying  out  complex  measurement  and  failure  analysis  of  batteries
2、评估车辆/电池的故障诊断数据；
Evaluation  of  internal  and  customer-specific  diagnostic  data  from  the  battery/  vehicle
3、为内外部客户生成并提供分析报告；
Creating  and  providing  analysis  reports  for  internal  and  external  customers
4、故障发生后评估电池状态，以确保运输安全；
Assessment  of  EV  Battery  with  regard  to  condition  and  transportability
5、内部/外部报告（包括国际领域）；
Reporting  in  internal  and  external  committee  (also  in  the  international  field)
6、确保分析结果文件化并存储；
Ensuring  documentation  and  archiving  of  analysis  results
7、在非标准/失效/损坏的情况下，处理电池/零部件；
Processing  of  battery  /  component  in  undefined  /  defective  or  damaged  condition
8、建立质量控制的经验教训体系；
Build  up  lessons  learned  system  for  better  quality  control.
9、建立大数据分析体系，并与其他公司对标。
Build  up  big  a  data  analysis  system  and  bench  mark  with  other  companies.


任职资格:
1、机电工程或机电一体化硕士；
Master  degree  in  Electrical  Engineering/  Mechatronics  mandatory
2、高电压工作资质，必须拥有AUS/LLW证书；  
High  Voltage  Qualification,  AUS/LLW  mandatory
3、电动车电池的质量问题分析经验；
Professional  experience  in  failure  analysis  of  EV-batteries
4、汽车领域工作3年经验；
Above  3  years  working  experience  in  automotive  sector  
5、熟悉生产流，了解质量管理，例如质量五大工具（FMEA，SPC，MSA，PPAP，APQP）；Familiar  with  production  process  and  general  quality  management  concepts  like  5  quality  tools  (FMEA,  SPC,  MSA,  PPAP,  APQP)
6、适应团队或跨职能团队的工作；
Ability  to  work  in  teams  and  also  within  cross  function
