-  Identify  customer  requirement  related  with  technical  and  process,  assessmenet  and  process  design  with  team.

-  Leading  for  launching  new  project  internally  and  working  closely  with  project  team.

-  Leading  for  ECR  management  related  with  process.

-  Work  closely  with  customer  and  product  group  to  insure  that  customer  requirement  is  fulfilled.

-  Leading  for  continues  improvement  of  production  line  (productivities,  quality,  SHE,  energy,  ...)

-  Leading  for  Poka-Yoke  management,  identification,  design,  setting  up,  monitoring,  improvement,  ...

-  Coorperation  with  team  for  supplier  chain  improvement.

-  Leading  for  trouble  shooting  related  with  product  and  manufacturing.

-  Leading  for  maintenance  activities  (TPM,  trouble  shooting,  Spare  part,  ...)



Qualification:

-  Bachelor’s  degree  in  an  electricity  or  mechanical  discipline.

-  Team  leadership  skills  and  the  capability  to  communicate/influence  at  cross  function  level.

-  Minimum  of  5  years  experience  in  an  manufacturing  engineering  environment.

-  Familiarity  with  personal  computing  software  (i.e.  Ms  word,  ms  excel,  ms  project,  ms  powerpoint.).

-  English  or  German  lauguage  skill.
