Responsible  to  provide  engineering  support  to  manufacturing  center

In  charge  of  all  technical  details  of  all  manufacturing  processes  in  Pyro  frontal  area.

Quick  troubleshoot  process  issues

Good  management  of  process  team  in  AMC

Provides  support  to  maintenance  team.

Trouble  free  launch  of  new  products  in  line  with  predefined  targets

Good  communication  with  cross-functional  team  to  support  the  activity  in  the  plant.

Supports  continuous  improvement  activities,  including  APS,  Q5  and  others



  岗位要求



Industrial/process  engineering  or  manufacturing  background  and  orientation

At  least  3  years’  experiences  of  assembly  &  mechanical  engineering.  Experience  of  tooling  design

is  a  MUST.  Prefer  him/her  to  have  experiences  of  stamping  and  inertial  welding  processes.

Knowledge  of  camera/visual  system,  sensor  and  automation  is  Highly  Preferred.

Successful  experience  in  product  launching,  experience  of  production  transfer  is  a  plus.

Familiar  with  project  management  tools,

Initial  HSE  evaluation  experience

Risk  management

Known  of  quality  systems,  IATF  16949
