同济汽车设计研究院有限公司是由上海同济资产经营有限公司、上海同济科技实业股份有限公司、上海盛杰投资发展有限公司投资、依托同济大学汽车学科的技术团队成立的汽车设计公司。公司成立于2009年，注册资本5000万，位于上海国际汽车城。  
            上海国际汽车城位于安亭地区，占地68平方公里，包括核心区、整车制造和零部件配套制造区、国际赛车场、教育园区和安亭新镇区等主要区域，是集制造、研发、贸易、博览、运动、旅游等多功能于一体的综合性汽车产业基地及现代化新城镇。  区域内拥有上海大众汽车公司、上海汽车集团股份有限公司技术中心、上海机动车检测中心、同济大学嘉定校区等优良的汽车研发技术支持资源。同济汽车设计研究院有限公司的汽车研发业务拥有得天独厚的地利优势。

            TONGJI  Automotive  Design  and  Research  Institute  Co.，  Ltd  is  an  Automotive  Design  and  Research  company，  which  is  invested  by  Shanghai  Tongji  Asset  Management  Co.，  Ltd.，  Shanghai  Tongji  Science  and  Technology  Industrial  Co.，  Ltd.，  Shanghai  Shengjie  Investment  &  Development  Co.，  Ltd.，  supported  by  the  automotive  Tech-group  in  Tongji  University.  It  was  founded  in  2009，  with  a  registered  capital  of  RMB  50  million，  located  in  Shanghai  International  Automobile  City.
