Responsibility主要职责
1.Formulate  experiment  processes  as  well  as  methods,  timing  and  quantities  of  the  experiment  samples,  under  the  instructions  of  customer  requests  and  the  FMEA.  To  formulate  QM-control  plans,  including  DVP&R,  APQP  and  so  on..
依照客户要求及FMEA规划详细的实验过程、实验方法、实验时间及实验样品数量，制定质量控制计划，包括DVP&R,  AP;
2.Confer  the  test  features,  scope  and  frequency  with  the  interior  and  exterior  divisions.  To  participate  in  choosing  the  test  method  of  the  whole  and  its  components,  to  formulate  a  plan  for  the  instructor  as  well  when  necessary.
与内部及外部确定检验项及检验频次，确定零件及总成的检验方案,  制定检具方案。  
3.Execute  the  project  audit  in  Gate  5  and  8,  draw  a  plan  for  the  audit  as  when  then  carry  the  plan  out.
进行项目的5门及8门审核，并形成行动计划，并据此进行跟踪。  
4.Launch  the  new  components  (with  independent  research  and  development)  with  other  department.  To  report  the  launch  of  the  first  finished  items.
参与进行自制件的认可，并完成产品总成的首件报告。  
Qualification岗位要求
1.University  of  211  Project  ,Bachelor  degree  or  above,  major  in  technical  engineering  or  related.  
"211工程”大学，本科及以上学历，工程技术类等相关专业；  
2.2  years  above  quality  or  audit  working  experiences,  know  well  about  measurement  and  testing  technology,  knowledge  in  VDA,  QS9000  and  PPAP.
具备二年以上质保及审核的工作经验,掌握一定的测量及测试技术,具备VDA，QS9000及PPAP的基础；
3.Proficient  English  both  in  speaking  and  writing.  
熟练的英语听、说、读、写能力；
4.Certified  quality  engineer  will  be  preferred.
具备质量工程师职业资格证书者优先。
