Bachelor's  degree  in  Engineering.  At  least  3  years  work  experience  in  manufacturing.  Familiar  with  TS16949  systems.  Automotive  experience  is  preferred.1.Support  existing  production  equipment,  including  on-line  trouble-shooting.
2.Base  on  the  production  schedule  to  maintenance  and  improve  the  equipment  electrical  parts..
3.Familiarize  PLC  program,  solve  the  problem  of  equipment.
4.Release  PM  and  help  to  execute  the  plan.  Provide  the  backup  of  equipment  planning..
5.Work  with  equipment  vendors  for  coordination  of  equipment  modifications  and  tooling  requirements.
6.Improve  the  efficiency  of  equipment,  reduce  the  downtime
7.Training  and  help  the  maintenance  technician.
8.Work  closely  with  Manufacturing.
9.Prepares  and  analyzes  problem  within  operation  process  and  improve  process  continually  .
10.Make  sure  effectively  product.  Optimize  process  flow
11.Confers  with  manufacturing  engineers  and  other  manufacturing  personnel  to  assist  in  developing  new  methods  and  procedures  ,tooling  designs,  weld  schedules,  and  related  applications  where  existing  reference  standards  are  not  applicable.
12.Control  process  performance  strictly  &  detail  procedure
