Job  Summary

From  market  perspective,  identify  global  opportunities  and  risks  to  provide  input  for  group  strategy  formulation  and  drive  to  adjust  strategy  through  competitor  and  customer  intelligence.  

Main  Responsibilities

1.Conduct  industry  trend  studies  (PESTEL  framework)  to  identify  industrial  opportunities  /  risks  and  make  recommendations  on  strategy  direction  as  input  for  group  strategy  design  and  adjustment

2.Conduct  strategic  research  on  new  business  market  and  technology  etc.  Lead  research  project  through  teamwork  cross  BU,  cross  region  and  co-work  with  3rd  Party  experts  as  needed

3.Analyze  competitive  landscape  and  key  competitors  in  terms  competitive  strategy,  competitive  advantages  and  disadvantages  and  future  strategic  movement  to  derive  implications  on  YF  group  strategy

4.Analyze  global  industry  trends  and  provide  guideline  for  market  segment  as  input  for  commercial  strategy  

5.Communicate  and  corporate  with  industry  analysts  and  link  with  outsourcing  suppliers

6.Organize  internal  research  platform  to  co-work  on  specific  topics  align  with  corporate  strategy  and  capacity  improvement  

7.Construct  forecasts  and  analytical  models  for  market  structure  and  industry  trends

8.Pre-Due  diligence  for  potential  target  and  make  recommendation  for  next  step  (eg.  M&A)

Specific  Requirements:  

Education  Bachelor,  major  in  economics  and  management,  language-related,  automotive  industry-related

Work  Experience  over  5  years  of  working  experience  in  automotive  industry
