Key  Responsibilities:

Prepare  and  issue  purchase  orders,  monitor  the  status  of  orders.
Maintain  vendor  data  base  and  new  supplier  resource  development.
Collect  and  analyze  market  information  to  determine  short  and  long  term  supplier  strategies,  
intain  supplier  management  system    Responsible  for  the  competitive  material  price  negotiation.
Drive  MCIP(Material  Cost  Improve  Process)  project  for  BOM  cost  improvement.
Manage  purchase  documents  ,such  as  contracts,  sourcing  table  material  and  so  on.
Prepare  and  issue  request  for  quotation.  Assist  manager/leader  in  compiling,  recording  and  analyzing  RFQ  responses.
Assist  manager/lead  in  compiling  reports  and  consolidate.
Other  duties  as  assigned  by  Manager.
Support  the  implementation  and  maintenance  of  SAP  and  SPS  systems.
Support  compliance  and  internal  control  function.
Office  daily  admin  work.

Primary  Requirement  for  Candidate:

Bachelor  degree  is  preferred.
At  least  3  years’  relevant  experience  in  purchasing，automotive  industry  experience  is  preferred;  .
Knowledge  of  injection  molding,  stamping,  machining,  wire  harness  assembly  process  and  related  work  experience  is  preferred;  
Knowledge  of  ability  to  apply  purchasing  policies,  procedures,  and  controls.
Fluent  both  in  written  and  oral  English  communication.
Proficiency  of  Microsoft  Word,  Excel,  and  PowerPoint.
Team  player,  self-motivator,  ability  of  working  under  pressure.
Strictly  follow  the  code  of  ethics  and  comply  with  purchasing  procedures.

采购订单制作、下发与跟踪；
供应商信息管理与更新、新供应商的开发；
分析市场信息，确定短期和长期的供应商策略，
供应商管理体系并负责与供应商有竞争力价格的谈判；
推动MCIP(原材料成本降低)项目改善BOM成本；
采购文档归档及其他资料完善；
采购询价，并协助经理/主管收集、记录和分析RFQ；
协助采购经理/主管编写报告并整合；
采购经理指派的其他工作；
支持实施和维护SAP、SPS系统；
支持合规和内控工作；
日常行政工作。

职位要求：

本科以上学历；
至少3年采购工作经验，有汽车行业经验的优先；
了解注塑，冲压，机加，线束装配工艺并有相关工作经验者优先；
了解并能够应用采购政策、程序和控制；
英语交流听说读写流利；
熟练掌握Word、Excel、PowerPoint等办公软件；
能够团队合作和自我激励，能适应高强度工作；
能够遵守公司道德规范和采购流程。
