The  Team  leader  is  responsible  for  the  activities  of  the  product  engineering  and  leads  a  team  of  product  development  engineers.  This  position  provides  personnel  development  and  technical  direction  to  ensure  an  environment  that  promotes  creativity,  self-reliance  and  efficiency.

Description  Of  Main  Tasks  主要任务
?  Strategic  alignment  and  further  development  of  the  department  with  department  manager
?  Lead  the  team  on  a  day  to  day  basis  and  manage  upcoming  issues,  conflicts  and  needs.  Lead,  evaluate  monitor  and  develop  the  employees  to  ensure  the  maximum  contribution  to  the  achievement  to  the  department  objectives
?  Lead  through  the  design  and  development  process
?  Ensure  that  customer  requirements  are  completed  and  adhered  in  a  timely  and  efficient  manner
?  Develop  and  implement  methods  and  procedures  for  monitoring  projects  through  the  Current  Project  Status  report
?  Provide  project  definition,  set  clear  objectives,  establish  time  lines,  solicit  required  resources
?  Ensure  support  from  other  department  is  provided,  internal  and  external
?  Guidance  of  employees  by  coaching  or  mentoring  techniques  to  build-up  skills  in  decision-making  /  finding  solutions  in  dedicated  project  topics
?  Technical  Key  Window  to  Customer,,  also  on  manager  level
?  Build  a  network  and  maintain  excellent  relationship  with  the  customer  /  network
?  Determine  and  monitor  the  KPIs  of  the  department  and  ensure  adherence  to  budget

任职要求：
?  工科学士或以上学历；
?  有团队管理经验；
?  有良好的项目管理技能；
?  有汽车行业的专业经验；
?  具有汽车行业产品研发、技术环境（CAD、APQP、FMEA、设计指南等）经验；
?  C1-C2水平的英语（能够自发、流利、准确地表达自己）；
?  有国际视野；
?  良好的人际交往和沟通技巧以及与内部和外部客户和同事合作的能力；
?  接受出差。
