Job  Responsibilities:  工作职责
1.Translate  business  needs  into  Supply  Chain  policies  and  objectives  for  China  plants.  Define  the  roadmap,  budget  and  priorities  to  achieve  these  objectives.  Ensure  and  supervise/support  the  deployment  and  execution  of  defined  processes&  policies.
2.Lead  the  creation  and  execution  of  Sales  inventory&  Operations  Planning  cycle;  ensure  a  balanced  plan  based  on  the  demand  planning,  material  and  capacity  planning.
3.Lead  on  translating  the  Production  schedules  to  Supplier  forecasts  (short/midterm);  align  best  practices  in  China’s  plants  to  assure  supply  reliability;  guide  production  planning  and  planning  optimization  assuring  Customer  Orders  and  stock  replenishment  are  produced  within  set  and  agreed  lead-times.
4.Manage  and  ensure  the  sourcing  and  purchasing  of  materials,  services  and/or  equipment  within  set  procurement  policy  and  procedures.  Ensure  an  uninterrupted  and  timely  supply  within  specifications  at  optimal  and  competitive  total  cost  and  optimized  created  value.
5.Lead  the  management  of  raw-materials,  semi-finished  goods  warehousing  and  Inbound  Logistics;  continuously  improve  all  related  warehousing  activities  (stock  accuracy,  quality).
6.Manage  Finished  Goods  warehousing  and  Outbound  Logistics;  ensure  flawless  shipment  execution  to  Customers  (quality,  lead-time,  performance),
7.Ensure  application  of  and  compliance  with  HSE  policies  during  all  activities;  Ensure  processes  and  documents  are  completed  in  compliance  with  applicable  requirements.
8.Analyze  and  identify  (potential)  opportunities  for  improvement/defects/damages/bottlenecks  in  supply  chain  processes/procedures.  Provide  recommendations,  expertise  and  support  to  drive  continuous  improvement  activities  &  projects.
9.Measure,  track  and  report  on  supply  chain  KPIs  (customer  service  level,  inventory,  lead  times  logistic  costs,…).  Report  analysis,  insights  &  recommendations  for  managerial  decision,  as  well  as  on  corrective/improvement  actions  taken  regarding  supply  chain  operations.
10.Attract,  lead,  coach,  appraise  and  develop  employees,  ensure  staffing  and  stimulate  talent.
11.Other  tasks  assigned  by  General  Manager  China.

Job  Requirements:  任职条件
1.Bachelor’s  Degree  in  Business,  Supply  Chain,  Economics,  Operations  or  related  major;  10  years+  working  experience  in  Supply  Chain  management  field  with  Manufacturing  industries;  working  experience  with  international  companies  of  Auto  industry  is  preferred.
2.Strong  capability  in  demand  planning,  supply  planning  and  logistic  planning;  with  supply  chain  management  system  application/development  experience  is  preferred.
3.Familiar  with  Quality  system-IATF  16949  standards  with  solid  implementation  experience.
4.Advocate  of  lean  supply  chain  to  drive  and  sustain  internal  and  external  efficiency;  with  experience  to  set  up  new  or  optimize  process,  such  as  order  process,  deliver  process.
5.Strong  interpersonal  skill  and  capable  of  manage  conflict  situation.
6.Structured  with  good  project  management  skill.
7.High  energy  level,  driven  with  positive  enthusiasm  and  a  pragmatic  approach.
8.Strong  negotiation  skills  with  an  ability  to  persuade  and  influence  others  through  solid  business  judgement  and  common  sense.
9.Flexible  and  able  to  prioritize,  deal  with  change.
10.Ability  to  multi-task  and  work  in  a  fast-paced  environment;  could  work  under  pressure.
11.Excellent  communication  skill;  Fluent  English  and  Mandarin.
