职位描述
1. 具有全日制工科教育背景本科或以上。College education background B. S. or above (Major should be within industrial area)
2. 至少3年以上工作经验，有汽车及零部件行业工作经验者优先。
At least 3 years of related work experience, work experience in Auto Industry take priority.
3.熟悉质量体系和工业工程工作,并且参与项目某方面管理工作1-2年。
Familiar with quality system and IE work,with 1-2 years supervisory experience in program management.
4.良好的英语口头及书面的交流能力；良好的人际及组织能力，能够激发和影响团队成员之间建立良好的关系。
Ability to read, write and speak fluent English; excellent interpersonal and organizational skills that can be positively motivate and influence while developing effective relationship.
5.良好的计算机应用能力,熟练运用绘图软件AUTOCAD、Catia等；
Good PC skills (Micro-Office software、AUTOCAD、3D ( Catia etc),
6.具备自我激励的能力。
