职位描述/Position  Description：  
              
            负责本部门业务范围内安全工作的监督、检查、指导、协调、管理等工作。

            主要职责/  Major  Responsibilities：  
              
            l  监督、检查、指导、协调本部门的安全建设和管理工作；supervise，check  up，direct，coordinate  safety  built  and  management  
              
            l  负责与政府安全主管部门工作对接，及具体落实工作,组织新项目安全评价；responsible  for  working  dock  with  government  safety  department  and  implementation，organize  the  safety  assessment  of  new  project  
              
            l  编制执行项目现场安全应急预案，执行公司安全应急预案，建立本部门安全体系；draw  up  and  implement  program  site  safety  emergency  prearranged  planning，built  department  safety  system；  
              
            l  组织现场一般安全事故调查工作；organize  field  work  of  site  normal  safety  accident  
              
            l  定期组织本部门进行安全大检查和专项检查；Organize  the  safety  examination  and  special  inspection  
              
            l  督促各单位完成安全隐患整改和安全工作改进；supervise  and  urge  each  unit  to  complete  security  hidden  danger  rectification  and  security  work  improvement  
              
            l  落实公司下发的安全管理规定和规章制度；Carry  out  the  company  issued  a  safety  management  regulations  and  rules  and  regulations  
              
            l  定期编制本部门安全报，完成上报公司各类安全报表工作；To  draw  up  department  security  report  regularly,  complete  all  kinds  of  safety  reports  
              
            l  进行现场安全执法工作，提出对各车间设备供应商及相关单位安全奖惩申请，提报公司；site  safety  law  enforcement  work，Put  forward  the  relevant  unit  safety  for  the  rewards  and  punishment,  report  to  company  
              
            l  落实安全责任制，协调各车间设备供应商与公司安全部门签订安全责任状，定期考核各单位安全工作；Implement  safety  responsibility  system,  coordinate  the  construction  units  concerned  with  safety  department  to  sign  safety  responsible  paper，evaluate  construction  units  safety  work  regularly；  
              
            l  参加公司各级安全会议，进行安全汇报，落实安全工作要求；participate  in  all  levels  safety  meeting,  with  security  report,  and  implement  safety  requirements  
              
            l  为重大技术方案提供安全建议，编制商务合同中的安全部分条款，为合同招标提供安全要求；supply  the  safety  advice  for  important  technical  program，draw  up  the  safety  clauses  of  business  contract，supply  the  safety  requirements  for  contract  bidding  
              
            l  完成领导交办的其他工作。Finish  other  tasks  given  by  direct  boss.  
              
              
              
            任职要求/Qualifications：  
              
              
              
            l  大学本科以上学历，从事安全管理相关工作3年以上经验，有汽车行业工作经验优先；  bachelor  degree，  worked  on  safety  production  related  work  over  3  years  ，  with  Auto  company  work  is  preferred  
              
            l  有设备维护工作经验，熟悉设备相关安全管理；Have  equipment  maintenance  work  experience,  be  good  at  equipment  safety  manage  
              
            l  熟悉国家《安全生产管理知识》、《安全生产技术》、《安全生产法》及相关法律知识；Familiar  with  national  safety  production  management  knowledge  ，safety  production  technology，safety  production  law  and  the  relevant  legal  knowledge  
              
            l  熟练使用计算机办公软件。Familiar  with  computer  office  software；  
              
            l  勤奋踏实，吃苦耐劳；working  hard  and  dependable  
              
            分析能力、逻辑思维能力强、有较强的组织协调、沟通能力。Good  analysis，logic  thoughts，good  organization、coordination、communication  ability；
