            ·  To  lead  the  conformity  of  the  Aesthetic  &  Functional  specifications  for  all  the  Projects  Vehicles  launched  by  CAPSA.  领导CAPSA所有投产车型的外观功能特征  
              
            ·  To  lead  the  organization  in  UEC  for  the  two  main  Project  workshop  :  Welding  &  Assembly  组织焊装和总装的UEC活动  
              
            ·  To  ensure  the  skills  improvement  for  GD&T  Project  team  提高GD&T项目团队的技能  
              
            ·  To  ensure  the  good  relationship  with  the  GD&T  Technical  Supervisor  in  order  to  give  a  global  view  on  the  GD&T  interest  与GD&T技术主管协调工作来实现GD&T利益。  
              
            ·  LEAN  Management  (UEC,  OBEYA…)精益管理（UEC，OBEYA…）  
              
            ·  Skill  assessment  &  training  技能评价和培训  
              
            ·  Quality  质量控制  
              
            To  identify  main  quality  issue  in  relationship  with  Stamping  R&D  /  Welding  R&D  /  Painting  R&D  /  Assembly  R&D  /  Quality  Department.  To  ensure  the  proposal  from  the  GD&T  Project  Manager  in  order  to  solve  and  launch  specific  survey.  All  those  solution  or  Lesson&  learn  need  to  be  integrate  into  specification  /  Guideline  /  Check  list  and  shared  with  our  Partners  PSA  &  CCAG.  与冲压（研发）、焊装（研发）、涂装（研发）、总装（研发）和质量部定义主要质量事项。确保GD&T经理的计划得到执行。所有这些方法或者经验反馈都需要加入技术规范/指导方针/检查清单，并与我们的合作伙伴PSA和CCAG分享。  
              
              
            任职要求/  Qualifications：  
              
            ·  Bachelor’s  degree本科及以上学历  
              
            ·  Good  English英语口语和书面表达流利  
              
            ·  Management  管理能力:  
              
            ·  Have  a  perfect  skill  on  the  different  methods  to  manage  the  issues  
            能熟练地用多种方法进行管理  
              
            ·  Be  able  to  manage  a  group  of  people,  not  directly  linked  to  the  position.与其它部门协调工作。  
              
            ·  Technical  skills  技术能力  
              
            ·  Have  a  good  knowledge  of  Geometrical  vision  on  vehicle  (Quality  perceived)熟悉整车外观尺寸（质量）  
              
            ·  Have  some  technical  knowledge  and  experiences  in  the  Welding  Process,  Assembly  Process.  对焊装和总装工艺有一定的了解。
