任职资格Qualifications:

1.Bachelor  degree  or  above.  Major  in  Mechanical  or  Quality  management  related.
本科以上学历，机械，电气或质量管理相关专业
2.Have  at  least  3  year  experience  in  supplier  development  or  supplier  quality  management  for  C  –  Commodity  ,  such  as  :  High  Precision  Products，Nipple  ,  Gear  ,  Bearing  ,  Sealing  Products  ,  Rubber  Products  ,  Spring  ,  Valve  ,  Fitting  ,  Clamps  and  other  Chemic  Components  
至少三年以上C  类产品的供应商开发或供应商质量管理或相关工作经验，产品例如：高精度机加工产品，油嘴，齿轮，轴承，密封件，橡胶件，弹簧，阀，管接件，卡箍以及其他液压类产品  
3.Be  familiar  with  related  quality  control  tools  and  analysis  methods,  such  as  
AQP,  MSA,  SPC;
熟悉质量控制工具及质量问题分析方法；
4.Full  understand  ISO  and  QS  etc,  IRIS  is  preferred.
熟悉ISO  9001质量管理体系,IRIS者优先。
5.Good  teamwork,  and  capability  in  cross  functional  cooperation;  
具有良好的团队协作及跨部门合作能力；
6.Good  communicate  skills  and  capability  to  deal  with  daily  job
