Main  Responsibilities
1.  According  to  company's  annual  quality  target,  set  up  quality  department’s  annual  work  plan  and  cost  budget,  responsible  for  organizing  and  implementing  related  plans  to  achieve  the  target.
2.  In  charge  of  setting  up,  improve  and  maintain  our  Quality  Management  system  for  “Business  Excellence”.  This  includes  organizing  and  implementing  all  items  of  quality  standards,  quality  management  documents  and  regulations.
3.  Responsible  to  ensure  continuous  improvement  and  conformity  of  the  company’s  Quality  system  including,  monitoring  processes,  improve  the  non-OK  procedures  internally  /externally,  to  ensure  issues  will  be  corrected  and  more  efficient  procedures  implemented.
4.  Ensure  that  the  company  follow  the  procedures  required  to  pass  and  maintain  external  audits  of  TS16949,  ISO  14001  and  other  similar  certificates  the  company  targets  to  have.  Make  regular  internal  audits  and  if  necessary  initiate  corrective  measures.
5.  In  charge  of  organizing  annual  inspection  &  renewal  of  company  TS16959,  ISO  14001  and  other  certificates  the  company  target  to  have.
6.  In  charge  of  quality  management  of  new  product  and  process  developments,  make  sure  the  new  project  can  pass  customer’s  audit,  and  achieve  quality  standards  set  up  by  the  projects,  in  preparation  of  mass  production.  This  includes  also  organize  e.g.  launch  process  audits  and  customer  audit,  ensuring  to  achieve  the  quality  targets.
7.  In  charge  of  setting  up  and  organize  the  production  process  to  Prevent  Quality  Problems  to  Occur,  secure  they  are  Detected,  and  make  sure  they  are  Not  Passed  On  to  the  next  assembly  step  or  to  customer.
8.  In  charge  of  setting  up  a  system  that  structurally  improves  the  product  (and  process)  based  on  inputs  from  internal  and  external  audits  as  well  from  customer  feedback  and  complains.
9.  Communicate  with  Sweden  team  and  ensure  the  Tianjin  Quality  process  aligned  with  HQ;

Job  Requirements
A)  Basic  Requirements:
-  Bachelor  degree  or  above
-  Fluent  English  both  in  oral  and  writing
B)  Working  Experiences  Requirements:
-  More  than  5  years  working  experience  in  JV  OEM  in  Quality  Management
C)  Technical  Skill  Requirements:
-  Experienced  in  Quality  problem  solving  tools
-  Professional  in  ISO9001,  ISO/TS16949,
-  Good  computer  skills  including  MS  Office,  Excel
-  Car  Driving  license
D)  Personal  Attribute  Requirements:
-  Good  in  structuring  also  complex  situations,  strong  analysis  skills,  decisive  at  problem  solving
-  Have  a  professional,  enthusiastic  and  proactive  approach  with  the  ability  to  manage  a  diverse  and  demanding  workflow
-  Have  communication  and  relationship  building  skills,  seeing  the  advantages  of  working  in  an  multi  culture  organization  where  we  can  learn  from  each  other
