Main  Responsibilities
-  Set  up  and  manage  the  MPC  (Material  &  Production  Control)  and  mBOM  (Manufacturing  Bill  of  Material)  team  and  operations
-  Be  Tianjin  customer  voice  in  the  development  of  the  SAP  &  MES  system  for  the  plant
-  Assist  the  OtD  manager  in  building  up  organization  and  ensure  efficient  Supply  Chain  Management.
-  Manage  supplier  delivery  disruptions  and  escalate  if  necessary  within  the  organization
-  Supplier  performance  tracking  &  continuous  improvement  in  the  Supply  Chain.
-  Break  Point  management.
-  Communicate  with  Sweden  team  and  ensure  the  Tianjin  process  aligned  with  HQ;
-  Responsible  for  coaching  and  guiding  the  staff  to  continuously  improve  operations.
-  Responsible  for  driving  and  living  up  to  the  company's  vision,  mission  and  values.
-  KPI  performance  tracking
-  Coach  and  develop  the  team  members.
-  Continuous  development  of  efficient  procedures
-  Continuous  development  of  team  members

Job  Requirements
A)  Basic  Requirements：
-Technical  or  Economic  college  degree  or  equivalent  experience.，
-Fluent  in  written  and  spoken  English
B)  Working  Experiences  Requirements：
-  Management  experience  of  minimum  4  years,  preferable  from  supply  chain  management.
-  Experience  within  Automotive  Industry
-  Experienced  in  supply  chain  &  lean  production  management;
C)  Technical  Skill  Requirements：
-  Good  computer  skills  in  general  including  MS  Office,  Excel,  SAP  and  preferably  a  general  knowledge  of  production  based  IT  systems
-  Familiar  with  lean  manufacturing,  pull  system,  kanban,  JIT…
D)  Personal  Attribute  Requirements：
-  Have  a  professional,  enthusiastic  and  proactive  approach  with  the  ability  to  manage  a  diverse  and  demanding  workflow
-  Have  communication  and  relationship  building  skills,  be  easy  to  work  with  for  both  internal  and  external  partners
