职位描述
            RESPONSIBILITIES  工作职责  
            1.Direct  and  take  major  responsibility  for  safety  health  and  environment  management  within  the  company,  according  to  Magna  EHS  policy.根据麦格纳EHS政策，负责主要安全环境管理；  
            2.Be  responsible  for  drawing  up  the  company  policies  and  regulations  upon  health,  safety  and  environment  and  keep  continuous  improvement  负责制定环境体系，职业健康安全体系，并实施、维护与持续改进；  
            3.Be  responsible  for  the  coordination  and  arrangement  of  EHS  safety  committee  meetings.负责协调组织安全会议；  
            4.Be  responsible  for  implementation  of  directives  and  policies  on  safety,  health  and  environment  as  required  by  the  Magna  Policy.根据麦格纳EHS管理规定实施并完成任务；  
            5.Be  responsible  for  auditing  the  labor  protective  equipment.负责检查所有在车间人员的劳防用品的佩戴；  
            6.Be  responsible  for  the  administration  of  the  special  construction  items  by  our  contractors.负责外来人员施工安全的监督与检查；  
            7.Co-ordinate,  investigate  EHS  related  cases  and  prepare  report  in  Case  Study,  Recordable  time,  etc.负责EHS内部审核并跟踪纠正预防措施的实施；  
            8.Establish  sound  relationship  and  keep  close  contact  with  local  related  government.配合地方消防、公安、安全办、安监局的各项工作；  
            9.Arrange  the  EHS  Audit  and  safety  training  and  related  safety  skill  training组织安全检查，安全培训，与安全相关的技术培训，安全复训；  
            10.Deal  with  emergency  case  or  accident  and  follow  up  with  related  report负责处理意外及工伤事故的调查及处理，后续的管理，跟踪整改行动执行情况，并完成相关的报告；  
            11.Set  up  special  skilled  people  file  and  arrange  for  renewing  the  certification管理特种作业人员，建立档案，联系和安排特种作业操作证的复审；  
            12.Be  responsible  for  the  health  file  set  up  and  the  physical  check  in  necessary  and  follow  up建立员工的健康档案，安排相关职位的岗前、岗中和岗后的职业病健康检查。  
            
            QUALIFICATIONS  任职要求  
            1.Bachelor  degree  or  above.本科以上学历  
            2.5  years  or  above  EHS  experience  in  manufacturing  plant.5年以上制造业工厂相关EHS工作经验  
            3.familiar  with  risk  assessment  and  control,  accident  investigation,  MOC,  work  permits  management,  contractor  management熟悉风险评估和控制、事故调查、防火防爆知识、变更管理控制等；工作许可证管理、承包商管理  
            4.Good  oral  &  written  English  skills.良好的英文口语及读写能力  
            5.With  good  work  ethic,  earth  and  steady,  careful  work,  strong  sense  of  responsibility,  strong  communication  and  coordination  skills,  and  teamwork  spirit.具有良好的职业道德，踏实稳重，工作细心，责任心强，有较强的沟通、协调能力，有团队协作精神
