职位描述RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责
1.Responsible and establish a good relationship with customers and keep the company image
?负责与客户建立良好关系,保持公司形象;
2.Responsible for the company‘s market and customer development;

3.Responsible for customer management, order process management and order execution
?负责客户管理,订单流程管理和订单执行;
4.Establish effective mechanism for information communication with customers

5.Customer satisfaction management and improve
?客户满意度管理和提高;
6.Collect information and questions for customer feedback, and effective solution
?收集客户反馈信息和问题并及时有效解决;
7.Coordinate the new program quotation to win the business, and follow the account receivable
?负责组织新项目报价,订单获得及收款跟进;
8.Commitment to continuous improvement and work place safety,take advantage of cost reduction opportunities

QUALIFICATIONS 任职要求
1.Bachelor degree or above major
?本科以上学历;
2.Mature and experienced sales related, working as an account manager at least 3 years in an automotive environment
?在汽车行业作为客户经理至少三年的工作经验,成熟及经验丰富的销售工作;
3.Excellent business negotiation skill and ability of team management
?出色的商务谈判能力,优秀的团队管理能力;
4.Team Player,
?有团队合作精神;
5.Excellent computer skills and MS office
?熟悉运用电脑及Office办公软件;
6.English communication skills both speaking and writing
?良好的英语口头和书写沟通能力;
7.Excellent organizational and problem solving skills.
