The  Senior  Sourcing  Engineer  will  be  responsible  for  the  sourcing  for  key  commodities  like  Heat  Sink,  Heat  Pipe,  Extrusion,  Fin,  Base,  Plate  and  Coil  etc.  management  including  -  handling  daily  RFQ,  developing  and  implementing  the  commodity  sourcing  strategy  through  analysis  of  global  markets,  raw  material  trends,  technology,  value  chain  analysis,  and  long  term  sourcing  plans.  Perform  industry  research  to  identify  qualified  supplier  candidates  to  meet  company’s  needs.  Benchmark  best  in  class  suppliers.

The  Senior  Sourcing  Engineer  will  also  be  responsible  to  work  closely  with  cross  function  team  in  an  expert  role  on  major  supply  chain  projects,  like  developing  sourcing  strategies,  securing  stable  material  supply,  driving  cost  down,  conducting  supplier  consolidation,  etc.

高级采购工程师还要负责与跨职能部门紧密合作，凭借供应链管理经验管理重要的供应链项目，比如开发采购战略，保证材料供应，推进成本降低，整合供应商资源等等项目。


Essential  Duties  and  Responsibilities:  主要职责


Coordinate  internal  departments  and  external  parties  and  manage  project  activities  to  meet  project  schedule.  协调内部和外部部门，管理项目的所有行动以满足项目按时完成。
Independently  work  with  outsourced  suppliers  to  accomplish  the  goal  of  delivery  and  quality  improvement.独立与外协供应商合作完成交付和质量改善等任务。
Independently  identify  cost  saving  opportunities,  drive  cost  down,  develop  sourcing  strategies  and  execute,  consolidate  suppliers,  etc.  独立识别降低成本的机会，推动降价，开发采购战略并实施，整合供应商资料等。
Handle  daily  RFQ  in  timely  manner  and  identify  appropriate  suppliers  for  specific  project/part.  及时处理日常RFQ并识别特定项目/物料对应合适的供应商。
Review  supplier’s  quotation  and  conduct  deep  analysis  to  justify  the  cost.  审查供应商报价并深度分析确认成本。
Perform  “OCE”  analysis  for  each  category  group  to  fully  understand  cost.  对每个类别组的物料实行“OCE”分析来实现全面了解成本。
Review  supplier  DFM/exceptions  and  communicate  to  cross  function  team.  审查供应商DFM/异议部分并和交叉功能小组沟通。
Understand  type  of  supplier  relationship  required,  ongoing  oversight  of  supplier  relationships  with  responsibilities  for  all  commercial  aspects  including  negotiations,  contracts,  partnerships  etc.  理解供应商关系需求类别，持续管理供应商关系，负责所有商业方面包含谈判，合同和伙伴关系等。
Source,  qualify  and  approve  new  suppliers  together  with  SQM  team  for  existing/new  commodities  to  enhance  our  supplier  base  to  meet  or  exceed  customer’s  expectations.

Works  with  internal  customers  to  ensure  specifications  and  statements  of  work  are  appropriate,  manages  performance  to  project  schedules  and  enforces  the  supplier  obligation  to  meet  such  schedules  for  the  tasks  or  products  required.和内部客户协作确保规格和工作说明书准确适合，管理供应商绩效以及推动供应商义务满足项目安排实现所需支持。
Travel  to  various  supplier  locations  to  investigate  new  opportunities,  improve  manufacturing  efficiencies,  and  resolve  any  supply  chain  or  quality  issues.需要出差到不同供应商来调查新的机会，改善制程效率，解决各种不同供应链和品质问题。
Monitor  various  supplier  performance  metrics  including  related  value  elements,  performance  trends  and  risk  analysis  to  ensure  category  strategy  is  working  and  corrective  action  taken  when  needed.  监控不同供应商绩效指标包括相关价值因素，绩效表现趋势和风险分析来保证分类策略正常运行以及改善措施的实现。
Drive  continuous  Improvement  cost  reductions  through  the  life  of  the  supplier  contracts.  在整个供应商合同合作期间，推动持续改善成本降低。
Review  supplier  performance  in  accordance  to  established  metrics.  根据建立的评价指标审查供应商表现绩效。
Ensure  delivery  against  savings  targets  at  required  quality  levels.  确保供应商交货在满足质量水品需求的基础上实现成本节约目标。

Bachelor’s  degree  in  engineering  and/or  an  equivalent  combination  of  training,  certification(s)  and  experience.  工程学士学位或获得相关培训、证书和经验。
5+  years  related  experience  in  sourcing  and  procurement  area.五年采购相关工作经验。
Experience  in  mechanical  manufacturing  is  preferred.  有机械加工领域工作经验优先。
Must  have  working  knowledge  of  ISO  9001,  ISO/TS16949  and  ISO  14001  practices  and  Advanced  Product  Quality  Planning  (APQP),  Failure  Mode  and  Effects  Analysis
(FMEA)  and  Production  Part  Approval  Process  (PPAP)
