职位描述
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责C&B
-Responsible for all compensation and benefits management including monthly salary, merit increase, performance incentive bonus, mandatory fringe benefits, CIIC commercial insurance etc
-Participate in HEWITT salary survey, job matching, information analysis, evaluate & grade Job Positions, update salary structure to ensure competitive in the market
2. Report
-Assist HR manager to collect necessary information within dept or with other depts to finish various HR monthly statistical / analysis reports including headcount, overtime, turnover, employee competency, labor cost TACS Ops and AP reports etc;
3. Employee Communication
Conduct performance talk with general & professional staff on probation & contract renew review process independently, communicate effectively, summarize after talk, pass & collect information with employee to assist HR manager in motivating & encouraging people
Work with HR team ER for exit interview talk and recording as a buddy
Work as an internal consultant to employees on HR related issues, including policy, CIIC service, staffing procedure, salary etc.
Policy & Procedure
Family with latest labour law and other HR related statutory policies, formulate, recommend and implement policy & procedure in the plant aligned with company requirement, cooperate guideline and labour law.
As an important HR consultant with active interface with employees with professional suggestion or reply
Work with HR manager to recommend retention strategy plan and CIS plan
4. Others
Assist HR manager to train & direct HR team members, provide suggestion, accomplish other tasks arranged by Human Resources Manager.

Fluent Independent & initiative thinking and acting
Result-oriented with good follow & reporting awareness
Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, willing to learn
Good at English and Mandarin communication.
Family with HR system and solid PC skills, e.g. Excel, Chart presenting.
Proficient on C&B principles and knowledge, have solid analytical skills.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE教育及经验要求
Educational: Bachelor’s degree, major in Human Resources Management is preferred.
Experience: 7 years working experience with at least 3 years experience in C&B function in MNC.
