Roles  &  Responsibilities

1.  Lead  the  trial  run  and  open  issue  tracking  and  solving  of  new  project,  to  achieve  the  QCD  target  of  new  project.

2.  Lead  or  support  production  daily  issue  analysis  and  solving,  to  achieve  OEE/ASPH  etc  plant  KPIs.

3.  Lead  the  CFT  team  to  creat  or  update  the  PFMA,  and  responsible  for  the  welding  process  documents  creation  and  update(  TIS,  SOS,  parameters  sheet,  TPM).

4.  Lead  or  support  the  new  process,  new  equipment,  new  material  study  and  implementation(process  design,  RFQ,  layout,  installation...)

5.  Coach  and  manage  welding  technicians.



Qualification  &  Requirements

1.  Bachelor  degree  in  welding  engineering  or  related  with  training  in  welding  process  with  Robot  training.

2.  Basic  working  experience  on  Auto  manufacturing  assembly  environment.

3.  Manufacturing  and  assembling  more  than  5  years  in  auto  industry.

4.  Verbal  and  oral  English  skills  required.

5.  Leadership,  presentation  skill  and  problem  solving  etc.

6.  Working  experience  on  sub  fram  welding  will  be  preferred.
