Duties:

-负责备品备件及耗材的采购以保证现场生产的正常进行

Responsible  for  purchasing  spare  parts  and  consumable  to  ensure  manufacture's  processing

-负责工厂维护和设备维护相关采购

Responsible  for  plant  maintenance  and  equipment  maintenance.

-搜索合适供应源，实施供应商评估，管理，培训，发展供应商，建立维护合格供方资料

Searching  for  proper  sources,  handle  supplier  evaluation,  supplier  management,  training  &  development.  Maintain  information  of  qualified  suppliers.

-按照公司采购流程要求，实施询价，谈判，订单发放及跟踪,付款事宜

Responsible  for  RFQ,  price  negotiation,  PO  issuing  &  tracking  and  payments.

-在整个采购过程中实现成本节约

Realizing  cost  savings  during  overall  purchasing  process

-实施供应商管理以持续改进

Proceed  supplier  management  for  continuous  improvements

-负责优化采购流程

optimizing  the  purchasing  process

-负责设定和维护采购相关的SAP数据

Responsible  for  setting  up  and  maintaining  SAP  functions  that  relative  to  Purchasing  Department

-处理项目采购及处理废料售卖事宜  Handle  project  related  purchasing  and  scrap  resale.

-整理,更新并保存产品资料文件，合格供方资料和采购订单记录等

Organizes,  updates,  and  retains  product  information  files,  documents  of  qualified  suppliers  and  purchase  order  records,  etc.

Monitor  mark  price  trend

-跟踪市场价格趋势

Carry  out  quality  management  system  and  EHS  management  system  policy

Requirements:

-SAP,  Excel,  Powerpoint,  Word等办公软件

Computer  skill  of  office  software  such  as  SAP,  Excel,  Word  -口头和书面英文能力

Oral  and  written  English

-5年以上制造行业采购工作经验

Above  5  year  experience  of  Purchasing  in  manufacturing  industry.  -学士学位及以上

Bachelor  degree  or  above  -根据工作情况，此岗位时有出差

Sometimes  it  will  travel  outside  according  to  work
