Qualification

-  Experienced  engineer  in  the  field  of  manufacturing  engineering  automotive，especially  in  general  assembly  process;

-  Good  automotive  and  general  assembly  knowledge,  at  least  2  years’  experience  as  GA  ME,  SE  experience  will  be  a  plus;

-  Strong  teamwork  and  problem-solving  skills;

-  Good  skills  in  2D  and  3D  software(CATIA,  TC…);

-  Good  communication  skills  in  English,  both  spoken  and  written;

-  High  degree  of  personal  responsibility  communication,  willingness  to  worldwide  travel.

任职资格：

-  拥有在汽车行业制造领域的工作经验，尤其是总装工艺方面；

-  对汽车结构和制造工艺熟悉，至少拥有两年总装ME经验，***同时拥有SE经验；

-  善于团队协作和解决问题；

-  良好的二维/三维软件技能（CATIA，TC等）；

-  英语沟通能力良好(口语和书面)；

-  良好的沟通能力，可以接受出差。





Main  Tasks  &  Responsibility主要任务和职责

-  Work  cross-functionally  with  production,  quality,  SQE  and  R&D(SE)  to  solve  onsite  assembly  problems  during  production;

-  Optimize  the  process  and  improve  the  manufacturing  documents  as  process  flow  chart,  PFEMA,  process  layout,  process  sheet…

-  Ability  to  analyze  defect,  track  and  solve  problems;

-  Cycle  feasibility  analysis  and  line  balance  management,  propose  process  optimization  plan.

工作职责：

-  与生产、质量、SQE  和  研发团队(SE)合作，提供现场支持并解决生产过程中的总装问题；

-  优化工艺流程并改进制造文件，如工艺流程图、PFEMA、工艺布局、工艺表等；

-  能够进行缺陷分析，跟踪和解决问题；

-  节拍分析与线平衡管理，提出工艺优化方案。
