a.  Critical  Competency  /  关键能力

Good  knowledge  of  MCU  BSW  software  develop/  software  integration

Good  knowledge  of  complier  and  debugging/error  management

Good  knowledge  of  MCU  hardware，e.g.  S32k,  TC19xx

Good  knowledge  of  automotive  BUS  complication  protocol  and  diagnose  protocol



b.  Required  Education  &  Experience  /  教育背景及工作经验

Bachelor  or  Master  Degree  of  Electrical  Engineering  or  Computer  Science  (or  comparable  degree)

In  Automotive  embedded  system  area  about  2~3  years  experience

Experience  on  software  development/testing/integration,  MCU  &  BSW

C  programming  language

Experienced  in  using  Vector  Davinci  is  a  bonus

SIL,  Mil,  Hil,  is  a  bonus

Experienced  in  using  Jira  and  Confluence  framework  is  a  bonus

Experienced  in  ASPICE  project  is  a  bonus

Highly  motivated,  self-initiated  and  self-organized  with  proactive  working  attitude  and  team  spirit

Basic  English  language  skill:  read,  write.

Main  Tasks  &  Responsibility主要任务和职责

Keep  close  contact  with  the  customer,  clarify  the  requirement  and  tracking  software  deliverable.

Automotive  software  development  in  the  area  of  complete  ECU  development

Software  modules  integration  and  configuration  (BSW)

Driver  development  (CDD)

Setting  up  the  run  time  environment  or  virtual  function  bus  (COM,  RTE)

Define,  execute  and  document  software  qualification  and  integration

Responsible  for  Good  software  development  integration,  includes  software  develop(opt)/test/review  software  specification/build  software  integration  environment  /testing.
