Job  responsibilities  岗位职责：
1.  Proactively  communicate  with  customers,  uncover  and  guide  their  latent  needs,  and  facilitate  positive  outcomes  to  ensure  successful  project  implementation  or  smooth  product  delivery;  积极主动与客户沟通，挖掘和引导客户潜在需求，促成正面效果以确保项目实施或产品顺利交付；
2.  Develop  or  modify  PCM  process  to  manufacture  new  products  and  meet  performance  requirements;  开发或改进预浸料模压工艺以制造新产品并满足性能要求;
3.  Support  process  team  (mainly  for  Liquid  process)  to  develop  the  thermoset  and  thermoplastic  product  and  meet  performance  requirements;  支持工艺团队（液体成型为主）开发热固/热塑性产品并满足性能要求；
4.  Cooperation  among  the  project  team,  like  design  team,  tooling  team  and  others,  and  ensure  the  project  output  can  meet  the  requirements  for  quality,  cost  and  time;  支持项目团队间（包括产品设计团队、模具团队等）的合作，确保项目成果满足质量、成本、时间的要求；
5.  Compile  technical  reports  and  handle  related  technical  documents,  like  Working  Instruction,  PFMEA,  Lesson  Learned  etc.  编制技术报告并处理相关技术文件，如作业指导书，PFMEA,  经验教训等；
6.  Develop  the  material  supply  chain  for  prepreg  and  cooperate  with  key  suppliers.  开发预浸料供应链，并与其中关键的供应商开展合作；
7.  Work  as  technical  support,  helping  sales  colleague  to  communicate  with  customers  and  prepare  documents  prior  to  contract  signing,  like  cost  estimation,  technical  proposals;  作为技术支持，协助销售同事与客户沟通，并准备合同签订之前的相关文档，如内部成本核算、产品技术方案等；
8.  Present  project  reports  within  the  project  team  or  publicly;  在项目团队内或公开展示讲解项目报告。


Job  qualifications  岗位要求：
1.  Bachelor  or  Master  Degree  in  Composite  Engineering,  Material  Engineering,  Mechanical  Engineering  or  Automotive  Engineering  (Master  degree  or  above  is  preferable);  复合材料工程，材料工程本科或硕士学历（硕士及以上学历优先）
2.  At  least  3-years-experience  in  thermosetting  composites  materials  processing  (  Hands-on  working  experience  in  sports  and  leisure  industry  or  automotive  with  PCM  is  preferable);至少3年的热固性复合材料加工经验（有运动休闲行业或汽车行业预浸料模压的实践工作经验者优先）;
3.  Having  an  advanced  understanding  in  the  science  and  engineering  of  the  composites  manufacturing  process,  reinforcements  structure  and  the  performance  properties;  对复合材料制造工艺，增强结构和性能特性有深入的了解;
4.  Having  an  intermediate  level  of  practice  in  data  management  &  statistical  process  control;  具有数据管理和统计过程控制的中级实践;
5.  Having  basic  skills  of  2D  and  3D  software  to  read  the  drawing  and  to  analyse  the  product;  具备2D和3D软件基本技能，可以阅读图纸并分析产品；
6.  Good  analytical  and  problem  solving  skills;  良好的分析能力和解决问题能力；
7.  Sovereign  communication  at  all  levels  of  cooperation;  各层级间的主动沟通；
8.  Fluent  in  English  (written  and  spoken),  be  able  to  discuss  technical  issues  with  foreigners  through  e-mail  and  conference  call.  流利的英语（书面和口头），能够通过电子邮件和电话会议与外国人讨论技术问题。
