岗位职责：
1、确保按照客户技术规范要求进行产品工艺规范的制定；
Ensuring  product  process  specification  are  setup  to  customer  specifications.
2、负责工艺文件及技术规范的编写与更新，对车间员工的培训及标准的贯彻落实；
Creation  of  work  instructions  and  technical  specifications,  and  train  out  to  the  wider  textile  team  including  effectiveness  tracking.
3、组织编制和更新SOP以及生产车间管理标准要求；
Creation  and  update  the  SOP  and  shopfloor  management  standards.
4、负责生产流程和质量体系文件的制定和维护；
Creation  and  maintain  manufacturing  procedure  and  quality  system  documentation.
5、负责来料、过程以及成品的检验标准制定和维护管理；
Inspection  standard  procedure  creation  and  management  covering  raw  material,  process  and  final  product.
6、不良品的管理流程建立及实施，日常维护；
Non  conformance  management  .
7、  与质量部门及生产部门合作分析客户投诉并制定预防措施避免同类投诉再次发生；
Work  with  quality  and  production  to  analyse  customer  complaint,  make  corrective  actions  to  prevent  repeat  problems.
8、  确保自身满足职业健康和安全标准要求，同时严格遵守公司其它政策要求。
Ensure  own  health  &  safety  standards  are  maintained,  and  all  company  policies  adhered  to.

岗位要求：
1、具备至少3年纺织行业的质量工作经验；
Must  have  a  minimum  of  3  years’  experience  of  quality  engineer  in  fabric  industry.
2、具备相应的产品规范、过程规范、质量标准和流程管理的经验；
Should  hold  a  qualification  or  a  demonstratable  work  history  of  standard  and  specification  for  product,  process,  quality  and  procedure.
3、具备较好的口头和书面沟通能力。
Must  be  able  to  speak  &  write  at  a  good  level  to  communication.
