1)  Responsible  for  Localize  75%  of  the  Plant  Spend,  ensuring  the  necessary  materials,  tools,  services  for  the  operation  of  the  company  
            -  Identify  and  validate  suppliers  
            -  keep  contact  with  suppliers,  negotiation  with  existing  and  new  suppliers  in  Coordination  with  Commodity  Managers  
            -  Develop  contracts  with  Commodity  managers.  Implementation  and  regular  review  of  Contracts.  
            2)  Responsible  for  ensuring  good  quality  and  on-time  delivery  of  the  supplied  products  
            -  achieve  budget  targets  of  suppliers  PPM  and  OTD  
            -  co-coordinate  quality  activity  of  suppliers  
            -  manage  suppliers‘  audit  and  suppliers‘  improvement  
            3)  Responsible  for  ensuring  the  optimal  cost  level  in  terms  of  necessary  materials,  tools,  services  for  the  operation  of  the  company  
            -  achieve  costs‘  targets  and  setting  cost  saving  actions  
            -  observe  the  market  and  ensuring  consistency  of  market  data  and  suppliers‘  information  
            -  integrate  suppliers  to  achieve  optimizations  
            4)  Responsible  for  optimizing  the  number  of  suppliers  and  improve  payment  terms  
            -  reduce  the  number  of  invoices  
            -  Improve  company  Cash  flow  
            5)  Responsible  for  executing  HR  responsibilities  as  required  (performance  reviews,  personnel  issues,  training,  etc.)  
            6)  Responsible  for  effective  prioritizing  and  executing  tasks  in  a  high-pressure  environment  
            7)  Responsible  for  managing  supply  base  in  collaboration  with  multicultural  central  family  buyers.  
            8)  Responsible  for  efficient  implementation  commodity  strategies  through  the  plant  
            9)  Responsible  for  supporting  company  production  ensuring  best  costs,  quality  and  deliveries  
            10)  Other  tasks  assigned  by  company  GM  and  globe  source  manager.  
              
            JOB  REQUIREMENTS:  
              
            1)  Bachelors  Degree  in  Business  /  Materials  Management  or  Logistics  required  with  a  preference  for  an  2)  MBA  or  Purchasing  School.  
            ‘3)  5-8  years  Purchasing  experience  in  Automotive  industry  sector  
            4)  Prior  experience  as  Plant  Purchasing  Manager  is  preferred  
            5)  Solid  working  knowledge  of  current  IT  technologies,  including  Microsoft  Word,  Excel  and  PowerPoint  
            ‘6)  Fluent  Mandarin  and  English  are  required.  
            ‘7)  Knowledge  of  SAP
