GENERAL  STATEMENT  OF  RESPONSIBILITIES:  
              
            1)  Responsible  for  management  all  the  work  of  department,assign  task  to  relevant  employee;  
            2)  Responsible  for  management  of  working  performance;  
            3)  Responsible  for  workout  annual  operation  and  carrying  out  per  company  business  plan;  
            4)  Responsible  for  management  of  manufacturing  quality  of  process;  
            5)  Responsible  for  management  of  installation  and  debugging  of  tooling,as  well  as  usage  and  maintenance;  
            6)  Responsible  for  putting  forward  and  organizing  purchase  plan  of  tooling;  
            7)  Responsible  for  managing  manufacture  technology  of  workshop,organize  to  carrying  on  improving  
            measurement  of  manufacturing  technology,procedure  quality,  tooling  and  equipment;  
            8)  Responsible  for  controling  department  cost,manage  reserving  and  distribution  of  operating  material,spare  
            part,WIP  and  finished  product,and  control  consume;  
            9)  Responsible  for  managing  employee‘s  safety  and  surrounding  of  workshop;  
            >Other  task  assigned  by  company  GM.  
              
            JOB  REQUIREMENTS:  
              
            1)  Bachelor  Degree,  major  in  mechanical  manufacture  or  IE;  
            2)  More  than  five  years  working  experience  of  operating  management  in  mechanical  industry;  
            3)  Be  familiar  with  Office  Soft;  
            4)  Good  ability  in  coordination  and  cooperation;  
            5)  Good  language  skill  in  English  and  Chinese.
