MISSION  AND  RESPONSIBILITIES:  
            ?  Defines  dashboards  to  help  manage  the  business  and  monitor  the  performance  (vs.  budget  and  previous  year)  
            ?  Prepares  and  communicates  operating  performance  reports  to  country/operations  management,  regional  coordinators  and  site  managers  (including  main  KPIs  such  as  volumes,  ABC,  hourly  rate/H,  productivity  ratio,  etc…)  
            ?  Analyzes  operational  results  and  proposes  corrective  actions  
            ?  Ensures  AF  is  properly  set  up  and  used  
            ?  Supports  the  sites  when  needed  
            ?  Participates  to  monthly  closing  (cut  off  on  revenues  and  costs)  
            ?  Participates  to  specific  projects  as  requested  by  management  
              
            REPORTING  AND  COMMUNICATION  
            ?  Reports  to  finance  director  or  controller  
            ?  Communicates  with  country  management,  regional  coordinators,  site  managers  
              
            QUALITY  MANAGEMENT  
            ?  Apply  procedures  and  instructions.
