            5.熟悉质量体系及质量管理工具者TS16949/QS9000/VDA6.1优先；  
            6.精力充沛，有很强的协调和团队组织能力，承受较大工作压力；  
            7.较强的团队领导及管理才能，英语可做工作语言。
