Overview职位概述:


  Work  under  the  instruction  of  shift  leader

  服从维修部主管的工作安排

  Ensure  all  the  equipment  work  well

  保证当班生产设备正常运转

Key  Responsibilities主要工作职责:

  Implement  continue  improvement  action  on  mechanical  and  electrical  aspect  approved  by  the  engineers  and  maintenance  supervisor

  执行由通道工程师或维修主管提出对机床机械,  电气方面的改进工作

  Ensure  that  the  production  equipments  are  kept  in  good  state  for  their  functions.

  确保当班生产设备保持良好运行状态

  Reviews  down  time  reason,  Take  action  together  with  operators.

对停机原因进行评估，与操作工一起执行跟进措施

  TPM  and  improvement  action

  进行基础设施的维护保养以及改进活动

  Support  the  improvement  of  efficiency  and  SLR  reduce

  支持提高生产率以及减少废品的改进活动。

  Keep  repair  and  maintenance  record  for  TPM  activity

  在进行TPM活动时，做好设备维护保养记录。

  Assist  identifies  the  specification  and  quantity  of  Consumable.

  协助对设备易损件，易耗品的规格，数量的查证，选型工作。

  Implement  other  jobs  which  team  leader  asks  to  do.

  完成部门负责人指派的临时任务

Required  Skills  and  Experiences技能和经验要求:

  Familiar  with  the  mechanic  capability  of  the  company’s  various  equipments,  as  well  as  know  the  principle  of  hydraulic  equipments

机修工要熟悉公司设备的机械能力并了解液压设备原理

  Electricians  should  be  familiar  with  electrical  principle  of  the  company’s  various  equipments

  电工要熟悉公司各种设备的电气原理

  The  ability  to  analyze  the  reason  at  the  time  machine  break  down,  and  obviate  the  trouble  in  time

  能够分析停机时间及时解决问题

  3+  years’  experience

3  年以上工作经历

  Technical  college  education  background

有专科学习背景
