KEY  RESPONSIBILITIES:

  According  to  PCP,  conduct  process  inspection,  record  the  data  correctly  and  reliability.  Put  the  inspection  results  into  related  SPC  sheet  for  CP/CPK  analysis.

根据PCP要求进行质量巡检，记录数据，并保证测量数据的真实性和可靠性。将SC/CC的参数的测量结果输入到规定的SPC表中，进行CP/CPK的统计。

  Any  quality  issues  found  during  process  inspection,  communicated  with  the  related  people,  segregate  suspected  products  and  report  to  channel  inspector  leader  in  time.  Stop  the  process  before  problem  solved  if  necessary.

巡检过程中发现问题，应与相关人员进行及时沟通。发现可疑产品必须立即隔离，立即报告检验班长。必要时可以要求停止该工序的生产直至问题的解决。
Assist  do  daily  finish  foods  inspection.

协助进行日常成品检验工作。

  Found  potential  quality  risk,  report  to  quality  engineer  or  quality  supervisor.

发现潜在的质量风险，要及时向质量工程师及主管提出。

  Conduct  measuring  devices  normal  calibration  and  TPM  to  ensure  measuring  devices  running  correctly,  abnormal  problems  happen,  should  tell  the  truth  channel  inspector  leader.

按要求做好测量设备日常的校准和TPM  工作及相关记录，保证测量设备的正常运行，发现设备异常，立即将真实情况报告检验班长。

  Set  and  adjust  the  gauges  and  change  the  gauge  cards  according  to  the  requirement  of  channel  production.

根据通道需要及时对表具进行正确翻改和调整，必要时更换相应测量卡片。

  Before  shifts  over,  go  to  the  channel  to  verify  the  scraps  on  the  channels,  and  input  the  data  to  SLR  sheet  for  scrap  analysis.

每班结束前45分钟，到各通道上进行废品确认，作好废品记录并输入到相应的表格内，为分析提供依据。

  Do  5S  job  on  working  area.

做好工作区域的5S工作

  Implement  other  jobs  which  team  leader  asks  to  do.

完成上级安排的其他任务。
